At JBOS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

Log into your JBOS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

Pack Your Electronics

Securely place the device in its original box with all cables, manuals, and components, ensuring it is well-protected for transit.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the device for functionality and condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
